SEASON CHANGE : How to transit to Spring or Automn

When the season change, trees are either loosing their leaves or blooming. In ayurveda, as we are part of nature, we have some similarities on how to adjust with the season. Spring time corresponds in ayurveda to Kapha (earth and water) and Automn corresponds to Vata (Air & ether) , so once you understand what to do during that specific time, you will transition very smoothly and with ease to the new season. In Spring, the main key is to do some clean up, clear all the toxins accumulated in Winter and for Automn, it is about to enter slowly to Automn, it means calming your mind and body so it is preparing for the long winter season.
